Paralegal (Personal Injury)


Elite Technical is seeking a Negligence/Litigation Paralegal with experience in Plaintiff's Personal Injury cases. Must be reliable and professional to work as part of our close-knit team. A successful candidate should have excellent communication and writing skills; must be highly organized and detail oriented. This position presents an excellent opportunity for growth and advancement in a great work environment.

Responsibilities
- Drafting complaints
- Drafting bill of particulars
- Preparing and exchanging discovery demands and responses
- Obtaining and exchanging medical records

Required Skills


- Minimum 3 years of Paralegal experience, within Negligence/Litigation in Plaintiff's Personal Injury cases
- Paralegal Certification preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Experience reviewing medicals is a plus
- Excellent communication and writing skills
